Job Summary
The Assistant Medical Coordinator supports the Medical Coordinator by reviewing appointment documentation, updating medical histories and insurance data, and assisting with setting up and coordinating medical appointments. Responsibilities include coordinating transportation to and from appointments, ensuring timely follow-up visits, and communicating changes to parents/guardians, pharmacies, state coordinators, Behavior Analysts, and Associate Directors. The role requires CPR, First Aid, OSHA, Human Rights, ANEM, and SOAR trainings, a High School diploma or GED, 2 years of experience in human services, a valid driver's license (age 21+), and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail, and basic computer skills, plus strong organizational and writing abilities, are desired; experience in the medical or disability field is preferred. Required Qualifications
