Job Summary
Manage the full contract lifecycle for physician partnerships, including preparation, signing, renewal, and modification. Coordinate daily with physicians and Finance, Operations, and HR teams to handle contract terms, financial data, and required documentation. Prepare and review payroll reconciliations based on agreed terms to ensure accurate and timely payments. Monitor physician productivity metrics and analyze performance against specific contract conditions. Track contract validity and schedule necessary renewals while compiling reports for the CFO regarding partnerships, compensation, and productivity. Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all contractual and financial information. Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of relevant processes.
Required Qualifications
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά, Λογιστική ή συναφή κατεύθυνση.
- Προϋπηρεσία 3 ετών σε contract administration, finance operations, διαχείριση συμβάσεων ή αντίστοιχο ρόλο.
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Excel και εμπειρία στη διαχείριση οικονομικών και συμβατικών δεδομένων.
- Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, προγραμματισμού και αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης πολλαπλών θεμάτων.
- Αναλυτική σκέψη, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και υψηλό αίσθημα υπευθυνότητας και εχεμύθειας.
- Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
Desired Qualifications
- Προϋπηρεσία στον χώρο της υγείας.
- Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση συνεργασιών με ελεύθερους επαγγελματίες ή συνεργαζόμενους ιατρούς.
- Εμπειρία σε ERP ή οικονομικά πληροφοριακά συστήματα.
