Medical Contact Center Assistant I

Job Summary
Respond to medical information queries and product quality complaints through various communication methods. Record and report Adverse Drug Reactions according to regulations. Support tracking of information and metrics, maintain ongoing quality control, and perform various assigned duties. Relevant experience should be in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry, with a focus on areas like Medical Affairs, Clinical Data Entry, or Regulatory Affairs. Must demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and regulatory knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Non-degree + 3-4 years relevant experience (or 1 yr. safety experience)
- Associate degree + 2-3 years relevant experience (or 1 yr. safety experience)
- BS/BA, MA/MS/PharmD in Pharmacy, Life Science, Medical Science or related area
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements and good Pharmacovigilance practices
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications
- High degree of accuracy with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Degree preferred to be in one or more of the following disciplines: Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, and Chemistry.
