Job Summary
Lead the strategy and delivery of medical information and communications for GU/GYN indications in Immunotherapy Lung, steering a team to create and distribute scientifically rigorous content. Oversee day-to-day execution including promotional review, scientific messaging consultation, and responding to medical information requests while addressing complex inquiry escalations. Partner with medical, clinical, regulatory, and commercial leaders to develop content strategy, ensure quality and accuracy across global and US activities, and manage suppliers and OSPs within an autonomous budget. Apply global and US legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements to all Medical Affairs activities, maintaining clear SOPs and leading compliant review processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HEOR and Sales Training to optimize reporting and tailor communications, ensuring the right evidence reaches the right audience at the right time.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Pharmacy (PharmD, Phd, MD), Pharmacology, science, or equivalent clinical experience
- 3 years leadership/management of Medical Information Teams/projects
- at least 2-5 years of experience working with Commercial or Brand Teams in a pharmaceutical company
- Ability to apply Global and US legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements as it applies to Medical Affairs
- Demonstrated expertise in drug information communication and management
- Demonstrated expertise in the review of promotional materials
- Experience with delivering MI services at a global and local level
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, with a customer focus
- Ability to translate scientific data to various audiences
- Ability to apply Global and US, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements to Medical Affairs activities and drug information delivery
- Demonstration of strategic thinking and proactivity
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, teams and resources (suppliers and budgets)
- Strong leadership, time management and organisation skills
Desired Qualifications

- Oncology experience
- Clinical pharmacy experience with patient care exposure
- Managed Markets or Health Economics Outcomes Research related experience
