Job Summary
Lead Medical Communications & Information strategy and delivery for GU/GYN indications, directing a team to create, curate, and disseminate scientifically rigorous content through appropriate channels; collaborate with medical, clinical, regulatory, and commercial leaders to optimize prioritization, capacity, and quality while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely impact of medical information and communications for physicians and patients.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Pharmacy (PharmD, PhD, MD) or equivalent clinical experience
- 3 years leadership/management of Medical Information teams/projects
- Experience with delivering MI services globally and locally
- Ability to apply global and US regulatory and compliance requirements to Medical Affairs activities
- Demonstrated expertise in drug information communication and management
- Demonstrated expertise in review of promotional materials
- Excellent oral and written communication, customer focus
- Ability to translate scientific data to diverse audiences
- Strong project, team, and budget management skills
- Experience working with Commercial or Brand Teams in pharmaceutical industry
- Understanding of patient pathways and medical narrative development
- Experience with SOPs and compliant review/approval processes
- In-person collaboration and leadership in a team environment
