Hybrid on-site in Naples, FL role as Medical Collections Specialist / Insurance Collector responsible for the full accounts receivable cycle, including verification of benefits, secondary insurance filings, sending monthly statements, follow-up on unpaid claims, and coordination of claim resolutions with CPT/ICD-10 coding knowledge. Requires 2-4 years of experience in third party reimbursement, coding and collections, strong communication skills, and ability to work with documentation and reports in English.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Two to four years experience with third party reimbursement, coding and collections
- Computer experience for billing, word-processing and spreadsheet entry
- Medical terminology and coding courses a plus
