Job Summary
Deliver competency-based education aligned with CHCP's curriculum model through both residential and blended delivery formats. Design and execute instructional plans that meet course competencies and lesson objectives while fostering a learning-centered environment conducive to student engagement. Facilitate student achievement by establishing clear performance criteria, providing timely feedback, and integrating real-world industry perspectives into the curriculum. Maintain accurate records of attendance and grades while adhering to academic policies. Participate in faculty meetings, program advisory committees, and special project committees to support academic excellence. This role emphasizes mutual respect, ethical practices, and professional growth within a collaborative educational community focused on preparing students for healthcare careers.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate, degree, or post-secondary education and relevant experience meeting state (TWC) and accreditation requirements.
- One to two years of experience in instruction or formalized education, preferably in a post-secondary or college institution.
- Certification, registry, and/or licensure in the field of instruction, as recognized by state regulatory agencies and accrediting organizations.
Desired Qualifications
- Membership in a professional association related to the area of instruction is preferred.
