Job Summary

Code adverse events using MedDRA terminology and medications via the WHO Drug Dictionary for FDA-regulated clinical trials. Develop coding conventions, review CRFs, and perform reconciliation and quality control reviews. Generate coding reports, support database testing and validation, and conduct training for study personnel while maintaining audit trails. Assist with regulatory submissions and database lock activities. Requires MedDRA and WHO-Drug certification, a Bachelor's degree, and seven years of medical coding experience supporting clinical studies. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Clinical Research, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related discipline
  • MedDRA Certified
  • WHO-Drug Certified
  • Minimum 7 years of medical coding experience
  • Expertise with MedDRA and WHO Drug dictionaries
  • Experience supporting FDA-regulated clinical studies

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of CDISC and clinical data standards preferred
