Medical Claims (Billing) Team Leader

Lead the Medical Claims (Billing) team by supervising specialists, training new hires, and developing procedures for new agencies. Manage claim submissions, payments, and credit memos while auditing performance metrics and resolving outstanding issues with agencies. Sign off on employee receivables, prepare A/R reports to monitor unpaid claims, and coordinate answers with internal departments and external partners. Communicate regularly with the Claims Manager regarding training needs, agency challenges, and unbilled items. Requires 2 years of relevant experience and strong leadership skills to drive team success within this national FMS provider.
