Job Summary
Process medical and short-term disability claims with direct impact on participants and their families. Answer a high volume of phone calls and meet participants and providers in person to support them with claims and benefit questions. Ensure claims are processed timely and accurately while utilizing attention to detail to read and interpret documents such as Summary Plan Description and procedure manuals. Work 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday with a 1 hour lunch. Requires minimum of two years claims paying experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Quick learner of other computer applications
