Medical City Dallas Hiring Event - Nursing RN

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers and the care team, using established nursing models to assess, perform, teach, and manage patient care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients and families, documents care in the medical record, educates patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures, and participates in evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement to enhance patient outcomes. Works with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver a holistic treatment plan and ensure exceptional care and clinical outcomes.
