Job Summary
Manage the daily operation of medical practices across specialty disciplines and clinic sites, ensuring patient satisfaction, financial objectives, and the "Sanitas Culture" are met. Lead daily huddles, create staff schedules, and oversee clinical and administrative workflows for primary care, urgent care, laboratory, and diagnostic imaging services. Deescalate patient complaints, optimize provider utilization, and maintain facility safety and cleanliness. Monitor budgets, reconcile cash, and support new product implementations while ensuring compliance with safety policies and on-call rotations. Travel to multiple locations as required for company necessity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
- Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Internet)
- Customer Service skills and training
- HIPAA testing
- Knowledge and skills with payroll systems
- Ability to perform duties and responsibilities as described including related work experience
- Available for travel for company necessity upon request
- Must be able to travel to multiple locations for work
- Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, or other equipment
- Subject to exposure to hazardous material
- Must be able to exert regularly up to 10 pounds of force
- Must be able to frequently exert 30 pounds of force
