Job Summary
Lead a team of Care Facilitators and front desk staff by organizing schedules, setting performance goals, and implementing progressive improvements to ensure quality standards and patient flow efficiencies. Direct daily operations including hiring, coaching, and resolving escalated patient issues while maintaining strict adherence to OSHA, clinical, and quality standards. Optimize scheduling to ensure 100% patient assignment and manage VIP customer experiences from entry to exit. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, troubleshoot dashboard and IT issues, and maintain accurate medical record documentation. Requires 3+ years in a medical facility, BLS certification, and proficiency in EMR systems. Full-time, on-site role with a base pay range of $20.2-$28.83 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lead and coach teams to drive positive outcomes and excellence
- A minimum of 3 years' work experience in a medical facility
- Spoken and written fluency in English
- Ability and willingness to travel locally, regionally and nationwide up to 10% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Some college coursework
- BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
