Job Summary
Independent, home-based Medical Case Manager supporting federal workers with occupational injuries, developing and tracking individualized case management plans through acute and chronic phases of treatment; coordinating diagnosis, medical disability services, and serving as the primary communication link among injured workers, providers, and clients; requires an Unrestricted State RN license with 3+ years of clinical experience including workers' compensation, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook; must maintain a reliable home office internet connection and be able to work remotely while collaborating with a nationwide team; U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass background checks and obtain federal security clearance upon hire.
Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted State Registered Nursing License
- 3+ years related clinical experience with at least 1 year in workers' compensation, utilization review, disability case management, occupational health, and/or comparable field
- Preference given to Nurses with National Certification in case management or related fields
- U.S. Citizenship
- Successful passing of preliminary credit and background check; federal security clearance upon hire
