Medical Care Center Staff - RN

Deliver outcome-focused nursing care by implementing individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and physician. Identify resident needs to facilitate discharge planning and follow-up throughout the length of stay while maintaining resident-centered outcomes. Ensure effective quality care is delivered through the nursing process, utilizing current practices and appropriate resources for resident, family, or responsible party counseling. The role requires a currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice with CPR certification obtained within 90 days of hire. Candidates must have no registry findings concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property. Weekend options and flexible scheduling are available.
