Job Summary
Conduct outcome-focused nursing care utilizing the nursing process to ensure resident safety and comfort. Identify needs, develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, and implement cost-efficient discharge planning throughout the length of stay. Share relevant information with physicians and other healthcare professionals to adjust care plans as needed. Maintain CPR certification within 90 days of hire and ensure no registry findings exist regarding abuse or neglect. This role offers flexible scheduling, weekend options, and a comprehensive benefits package including $7,500 annual education reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Currently Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- CPR certification
- No finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
