Job Summary
Conduct predominant inpatient service responsibilities for the VAD/HTx program, including rounding, clinic duties, and optional ECHO rotation. Perform cath lab procedures such as right heart catheterization and implantable pulmonary artery monitors, while reading ECHO for VAD and Heart Transplant cases. Manage ACGME education of Cardiology Fellows and rotate on the inpatient cardiac transplant service at BSWH Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas. Maintain UNOS qualification for cardiac transplant patient care.

- Fellowship trained
- Board certified
- Board eligible
- Advanced Heart Failure Transplant Cardiologist
- Predominant inpatient service responsibilities related to the VAD/HTx program
- Must be UNOS qualified for the care of patients with cardiac transplants
