Job Summary
The Medical Call Center Phone Agent is responsible for scheduling and interacting with patients through telephone, face-to-face, and email. Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a healthcare setting answering phones required
- Must have experience with patient registration and scheduling appointments
- Familiarity with insurance plans
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and/or training in a medical receptionist/customer service role
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Call Center experience in a medical office
- Experience with electronic scheduling system and electronic medical records (EMR)
