Job Summary
Medical Billing Specialist for an OB/GYN medical practice. Responsibilities include charge entry and claim submission; insurance follow-up and payment posting; reviewing and resolving claim denials; knowledge of OB/GYN coding and billing guidelines; working accounts receivable and aging reports; verifying insurance benefits and authorizations; and ensuring payer compliance. Requires 2+ years of medical billing experience, CPT/ICD-10 knowledge, and experience with insurance carriers, appeals, and denials. Must have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Competitive pay based on experience. Required Qualifications

- Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and modifiers
