Job Summary
Medical Billing Specialist focused on mental health billing, handling cash posting, claims follow-up, and medical records management. Responsibilities include posting payments to patient accounts, following up on denied/unpaid claims, maintaining billing documentation, communicating with insurers on claim status and discrepancies, ensuring accurate and compliant billing processes, and resolving billing issues. Familiarity with Credible EHR is a plus. Requires strong communication and organizational skills and experience in mental health billing. This is a full-time, night-shift (EST), work-from-home role with weekly pay.
