Medical Billing (Patient Account Representative)

Medical Billing role focused on patient accounts, follow-up, and collections in a fast-paced pediatric healthcare setting. Responsibilities include patient billing, addressing insurance and payment questions, establishing payment plans, denials follow-up, rebilling and submitting appeals, updating patient demographics in the EPM system, coordinating with physicians and clinic staff, maintaining patient confidentiality, and participating in huddles and team meetings. Requires high school education or equivalent, vocational medical billing training or 1-2 years of experience, 2+ years with an EHR (Epic preferred), and proficient Microsoft Office skills.
