Medical Biller

Process insurance claims through private insurance and Medicaid/Medicare by noting and processing necessary forms. Assist patients in navigating the billing landscape by collecting required forms and signatures, while working with doctors' offices and hospitals to obtain charge information. Enter billing and payment data into the system accurately and follow up on client payments as needed. Answer phones, assist clients with billing questions, take messages, and screen calls while maintaining strict confidentiality. This role supports our team in managing end-to-end insurance billing operations for diverse client needs.
