Job Summary
Full-time Medical Assistant in outpatient clinical practices serving the St. Louis area. Perform back office functions and assist the provider with interviewing, examination, and treatment of patients. Measure vital signs (pulse, temperature, blood pressure, weight, height) and document patient care accurately in the NextGen electronic health record. Coordinate care with other members of the healthcare team. No nights or holidays. Formal MA program certification, CPR certification, PC/Windows proficiency, and familiarity with medical coding preferred. Required Qualifications
- Formal training indicated by graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant program
