Job Summary
Medical Assistant/X-ray Technician needed to operate C-Arm imaging equipment in a surgery-center setting, prepare procedure rooms with sterile technique, sterilize equipment, room patients, maintain accurate EMR-derived PHI, and support patient care both in-person and via telephone/electronic communication. Requires knowledge of human anatomy helpful; strong teamwork and communication essential. On-the-job training available for X-Ray certification; WA DOH MA/NA certification preferred. Typical 4x10 schedule, 40 hours/week in a clinic setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- MA or NA Certification through the Washington State Department of Health (Must be willing to obtain X-Ray Certification through on-the-job training)
- Willing to train the right candidate to obtain MA-R
- Previous CMA or CNA experience preferred
