Job Summary

Deliver administrative and clinical support to ensure efficient primary health care delivery and positive patient experiences. Collaborate with the care team to address gaps in care through chart preparation, interview patients regarding medical concerns, and obtain medical histories. Perform clinical tasks including setting up equipment, administering injections, conducting routine specimen collection, and performing vaccine administration as directed. Measure and record vital signs, conduct blood draws, and process specimens while communicating test results to patients. Assist in performing routine medical procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and drape patients for exams. Review physician orders, follow up on lab requests, and call in approved prescriptions. Manage patient paperwork for referrals and prior authorizations, respond to phone calls, and maintain a clean, HIPAA-compliant work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of a MA program

  • MA, License
