Job Summary
Provides direct patient care support in a women’s health clinic, including taking vital signs, preparing charts and documents in EHR/RPMS, assisting with examinations, directing and escorting patients, and supporting unit operations. Performs patient education, infection control, specimen collection, CLIA-waived testing, and administrative duties such as scheduling, transferring, and coordinating patient care. Requires completion of an approved medical assistant training program or equivalent certification, plus valid BLS certification; 1 year of direct medical assistant/EMT/paramedic experience preferred. Navajo/Indian Preference applies.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of direct work experience as a Medical Assistant, EMT, Paramedic, or Army Air Force Medical Technician
