Medical Assistant - Wilmington Peds, 40 hours

Medical Assistant on the Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care team at Winchester Hospital. Responsibilities include taking patient vital signs, documenting medical history in the EMR, and providing patients and families with medical information to support patient satisfaction and provider efficiency. Must be a graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant program and obtain Medical Assistant Certification within 6 months of employment; certification required upon hire and maintained if not a graduate of a program. BLS certification within 90 days of hire. Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and the ability to multitask in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Pay range is $21.00–$28.26 per hour, with additional pay practices possible depending on factors such as geography and shift differentials.
