Medical Assistant

Escort patients to treatment rooms and manage their flow across three providers by determining the optimal order to minimize wait times. Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms before and after visits, then assist providers with documentation, including accurate SOAP notes. Support rehab staff with patient care and facilitate smooth transitions between in-office treatments. Assist with advanced procedures, including IV therapies, joint and spinal injections, and regenerative esthetic procedures. Collaborate with front office staff on charting, inventory management, and administrative tasks, while contributing to initial and re-evaluation examinations. This role integrates physical medicine, regenerative medicine, and regenerative esthetic procedures within a supportive, team-driven environment in Venice, FL.
