Job Summary

Schedule appointments, take patient histories, and record vital signs while assisting providers with exams, instrument sterilization, and procedure explanations. Administer medications and immunizations as directed, conduct basic laboratory tests, perform phlebotomy, and manage dressing changes, wound care, and suture removals. Maintain medical records, answer and triage calls, and educate patients on conditions and treatment plans. Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred with prior urology experience and EMR proficiency. Join one of the largest independent urology groups in the Southeast.

Required Qualifications

  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred
  • Prior experience in a medical office or specialty practice, preferably urology
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
