Job Summary
Onboard new team members by delivering engaging learning experiences through presentations, job simulations, role-playing, and blended materials. Design and facilitate tailored training curriculum for call center roles while assessing ongoing needs for process updates and regulatory compliance. Identify knowledge gaps, measure training outcomes, and compile survey feedback to drive quality improvements. Ensure new hires complete mandatory health, safety, and compliance training, supporting leadership on remediation efforts. Lead and coach team members to foster wellness, recognition, and engagement by providing constructive feedback and guiding goal-setting conversations.
Required Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification recognized by one or more of the states the training will be focused on
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Medical Assistant in a hospital and/or medical practice setting
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Any degree, or equivalent experience, especially in education, instructional design, or related field
- Strong or advanced proficiency in the above minimum requirements
- Training, instructional design or related certification
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as Microsoft Teams
- Other skills or abilities – instructional design, professional services/consulting, Adobe Creative Suite, project management, teambuilding, data analysis and influence
