Medical Assistant Trainee - Float

Medical Assistant Trainee - Float provides front-of-house duties (check-in/check-out, insurance verification, scheduling, paperwork) and will train in phlebotomy/clinical support (venipuncture) with One Medical’s Lab Services/Member Support pathway. You’ll interact with patients using the C-I-CARE framework, support multiple offices within a MSA, and assist providers and office staff with clerical and clinical tasks. The role emphasizes patient care, teamwork, empathy, and adaptability, with One Medical sponsoring required clinical training and a pathway to credentialed duties within six months. The position is full-time, in-office in Colorado (Littleton and Denver offices), with benefits for staff working 24+ hours/week. Competitive hourly starting wages and possible increases after training rounds out the compensation. This role requires high touch customer/patient facing experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with multiple software systems (EMR 1Life, Slack, G-suite, Zoom).
