Job Summary
Medical Assistant / TMS Technician responsible for administering TMS therapy to patients with mental health conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, OCD). Conduct initial patient assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, perform TMS sessions according to protocols, monitor progress, and document responses/outcomes. Collaborate with psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to coordinate care, educate patients and families about TMS therapy, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in patient care. Ideal candidate holds CMA certification; certification or training in TMS administration is preferred but training can be provided; EHR experience (Athena) is highly preferred; prior clinical experience with mental health populations is desirable; strong interpersonal/communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Willingness to undergo background checks and comply with licensure requirements. Clinic location: float to Hightop Health clinics within the Atlanta region (Johns Creek, GA).
