Job Summary
Medical Assistant/TMS Technician responsible for administering Spravato and operating the TMS machine after training, performing prior authorizations, organizing patient appointments, and managing medical records and insurance reports. Will prepare and clean treatment rooms and instruments, assist with hospital admissions and laboratory services, and provide administrative support within a healthcare setting. Requires dexterity and the ability to handle medical equipment; training for Spravato and TMS will be provided. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills are essential to maintain efficient office operations and high-quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
