Medical Assistant - The Dalles

Support providers with administrative tasks like managing prescription refills, faxes, and patient inbox communications. Assist in rooming patients, preparing examination rooms, and maintaining equipment while ensuring lab results and visit notes are incorporated into patient charts. Execute duties within EHR and EPM systems, deliver patient education, and handle portal inquiries. Perform crosstraining in laboratory, phlebotomy, and front desk areas as needed, with potential travel to other clinics and personal vehicle use. Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies. Requires BLS/CPR certification, 6 months of MA experience, and CMA/CPT certifications preferred.
