Job Summary
Take vitals, record medical histories, and prep patients for exams so providers can focus on care. Administer medications and injections, draw blood, run basic lab tests, and perform EKGs and PFTs. Keep records and scheduling tight by documenting accurately in the EMR and coordinating follow-up appointments. Answer patient questions promptly while partnering with staff to create seamless experiences. Pitch in to cover other clinic areas as needed. This role opens in October 2026 with training at Hudson and Spring Hill clinics prior to go-live.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years as a medical assistant
- ideally in a primary care setting
- Confidence with vitals
- Confidence with blood draws
- Confidence with EKGs
- Confidence with basic labs
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to multitask
- The ability to stay organized

- Location: Brooksville clinic
- some local travel may be required to help cover other centers
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Desired Qualifications
- Are a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
