Job Summary
Verify patient information by interviewing patients, recording medical history, and confirming visit purposes. Act as a concierge by greeting and directing patients to appointments and surgeries. Schedule surgeries by arranging with surgical centers, verifying times, and preparing charts, pre-admission, and consent forms. Counsel patients by transmitting physician orders and providing post-op instructions. We train full-time candidates for our team of board-certified doctors delivering comprehensive eye care, LASIK, and cataract procedures across Denver, Lone Tree, Golden, Westminster, and Loveland.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional customer relationship skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
