Job Summary
Manage patient care and support dermatology physicians by rooming patients, updating histories, and documenting visit details including HPI, medications, and allergies. Assist with procedures such as biopsies, excisions, laser treatments, and administer local anesthesia while maintaining strict sterile techniques. Handle administrative tasks by performing scribing, processing prescription refills, managing prior authorizations, and logging pathology samples. Operate specialized equipment like Narrowband UVB units and maintain liquid nitrogen containers. Clean examination rooms and coordinate with laboratories. Collaborate with a team to manage up to 40 patients daily. This part-time role involves 2 regular days plus per diem hours, requiring a high school diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications

- 0–3 years of medical assistant experience
