Job Summary
As a Medical Assistant, you are directly involved in ensuring that we deliver focused and empathetic patient care at all times. You greet patients warmly, triage them upon arrival, and prepare examination and procedure rooms for physician visits. You obtain histories, vital signs, and measurements, and you perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling pre-authorizations, maintaining medical records, and processing test results. You also assist with examinations, procedures, and treatments, thriving in a fast-paced healthcare environment and supporting a calm, patient-centered experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as Medical Assistant
- Computer literacy
- Experience using EMR/EHR
