Job Summary
Organize patient flow, interview patients, and obtain vital signs while assisting with exam preparation and specimen collection including venipuncture. Administer medications per Washington State regulations and relay instructions to patients and families. Fulfill clerical duties by sending and receiving medical records and facilitating referrals. Requires Washington State Medical Assistant-Certification and at least one year of healthcare experience. BLS certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Current BLS certification
