Medical Assistant (Spanish Fluency Required)

Remote, non-clinical healthcare role focused on collecting and organizing patient medical histories. Conduct outbound calls with patients in English and Spanish to gather detailed histories, document information with high accuracy using templates and internal systems, and review medical records for completeness and consistency. Organize and standardize medical information to meet quality and documentation standards, ensuring histories are thorough and easy for physicians to interpret. Follow established workflows and onboard with the operations team to improve processes. Requires empathy, attention to detail, time independence, and structured work habits. Remote schedule with two weeks of in-person onboarding at San Mateo or Los Angeles. Fluency in Spanish is required; prior experience in medical scribing or healthcare administrative roles is nice to have but not required.
