Medical Assistant to assist physicians with direct patient care and related tasks, including lab tracking/data entry, vital signs, EKGs, vaccinations, injections, spirometry, nebulizer treatments, patient education, pre-visit planning, and coordination of referrals/pre-authorizations; maintain charts, ensure HIPAA and confidentiality compliance, manage stock of medications/supplies, monitor vaccine refrigeration, and support office workflows while upholding Brown University Health values and commitment to patient care.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
