Medical Assistant (SL)

Interview patients to verify information, record medical history, and confirm visit purposes. Perform preliminary physical tests, including blood pressure, weight, and temperature, while reporting summaries. Execute lab duties such as finger-sticks, urine and stool tests, and injections under supervision, while completing logs and forms. Maintain inventory of supplies, clean exam rooms daily, and disinfect lab equipment and sinks. Safeguard electronic medical records and ensure compliance with legal regulations and facility protocols. Requires training to serve as a backup for administrative duties. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as necessary.
