Job Summary
Perform high volume of phlebotomy, maintain blood drawing station supplies, and administer injections. Assist with fertility patient clinical care, ensure lab specimen transport, and provide pre/post-op education and procedure teaching. Deliver patient counseling, communicate physician orders, and perform semen washes for IUIs. Take vital signs, enter lab data, print labels, and establish a compassionate environment through emotional support. Work independently to achieve program goals while promoting excellence in customer service. Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 1:00 PM Central Time.
Required Qualifications
- Strong phlebotomy skills
- High School diploma
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to follow-through
- High degree of comfort with computer applications
- Accuracy and speed with data entry
- Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare
- Familiarity with medical terminology
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of a formal MA program
