Job Summary
Conduct clinical intake, capture vitals, and prepare rooms for hormone optimization, GLP-1 injections, and aesthetic procedures. Assist practitioners with phlebotomy, medication administration, and specimen handling while maintaining audit-ready documentation in Zenoti. Educate clients on dosage, interactions, and recovery protocols, then manage inventory, equipment logs, and infection control standards. Collaborate with Health Coaches, Nurse Practitioners, and the Medical Director to drive member outcomes. Available to work 9-4 two Saturdays per month. Required Qualifications
- MUST be available to work 9-4 two Saturdays per month
- 2+ years clinical experience in wellness, anti-aging, aesthetics, or ambulatory settings
Desired Qualifications
- Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred
- phlebotomy certification a plus
- Meticulous documentation, organization, and follow-through
- calm under pressure
- Empathetic communicator with strong client education skills and consultative mindset
