Job Summary
Perform patient care and administrative and clerical tasks and procedures based on training, education, and competency evaluations, and as delegated by and under the direction/supervision of the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Registered Nurse, or Licensed Practical Nurse. Work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, from 7am to 4pm, with floating when needed. Mileage reimbursement is offered. Certification must be received within nine months of employment in one of the following certification programs: CCMA, CMA, RMA, or EMT, with BLS required within 90 days of hire. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Required Qualifications
- One year of clinical/administrative experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certification in CCMA, CMA, RMA, or EMT within nine months of employment
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Must be able to float when needed
- Must be available for work in Staunton, VA
