Job Summary
Administer injections, perform phlebotomy, conduct diagnostic testing, and execute quality surveys to support clinics in specialty and primary care departments. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining established quality control standards across ENT, Orthopedics, Surgery Center, and other specialties. New graduates are welcome to join this role. Hourly pay ranges from $22.00 to $30.00, with eligibility for a $6,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials, and overtime at time and a half. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and education reimbursement. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and current or obtainable CPR/BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Registered or Certified Medical Assistant via Washington State Department of Health or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
- Current CPR and / or BLS certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
- Access to reliable transportation
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment
