Medical Assistant, School Based Health Centers- Conrad High School

Greet and support patients virtually and in person, preparing them for visits and performing basic clinical and administrative tasks such as assisting with exams and maintaining equipment. Manage EMR updates, patient communications, referrals, and scheduling while troubleshooting video visits and supporting patient portal access. Work a 40-hour day shift schedule Monday through Friday for 42 weeks per year, with summers off and no weekends or holidays. This role supports physicians at ChristianaCare's School-Based Health Centers, embedded in local schools to provide accessible comprehensive medical and mental health care to students.
