Job Summary
Assist physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners in the Rheumatology Clinic by performing patient care duties within a multidisciplinary team. Conduct daily patient interactions and support clinical workflows as delegated by the physician. Work full-time days from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday in Kingman, Arizona. This role is part of Kingman Regional Medical Center's largest healthcare provider network, recognized as a teaching hospital and innovator in rural healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Equivalent
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification
- Has attended an accredited Medical Assistant training program by one of the following: The Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs or The Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools
- Has completed a medical services training program of the Armed Forces of the United States
- If your Medical Assistant training program was not approved by one of the above agencies, you will need to have a Medical Assistant Certification issued by one of the following: National Healthcareer Association: CCMA, American Medical Technologist: RMA, American Association of Medical Assistants: AAMA, National Center for Competency Testing: NCMA, American Medical Certification Association: CMAC
- Able to distinguish appropriate colors

- walk or be on feet 90% of the day
