Job Summary
Support nursing staff with daily medical tasks including vitals, documentation, and patient monitoring. Assist residents throughout daily schedules covering meals, groups, recreation, and therapy blocks while ensuring a safe, structured environment. Welcome new residents during intake and communicate effectively with clinical directors and program staff to coordinate care. Provide crisis prevention and de-escalation support, monitor sharps and valuables logs, and assist with basic medical needs like wound care preparation under clinical supervision. Accurately document patient observations and interactions. This role is located at Paradigm Treatment Centers in Idaho within Altior Healthcare's network of mental health programs serving veterans and residential clients across five states.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with behavioral health
- Previous work experience in a clinical or residential setting
- Previous work experience as a Mental Health Technician, Behavioral Health Technician, or Caregiver
Desired Qualifications
- Passion for the field of mental/behavioral health
- Have previously worked with adolescents/young adults or in a youth-focused environment
