Medical Assistant (PRN/Resource)

Provide nursing assistance and patient care to ensure comfort, safety, and personal needs for patients. Assist physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners in the medical office setting by performing a variety of patient care duties within the multidisciplinary team structure as delegated by the supervising physician. Duties are assigned by clinical staff and the Practice Coordinator following competency establishment. Requires one year of healthcare experience and American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification. No weekend or on-call requirements.
